Our Traditional Tamales are truly amazing, with emphasis on the Traditional! We slow cook our pork and chicken in sauces from classic family recipes that truly share what tradition is all about. Each tamale is assembled in a corn husk spread with our homemade gluten-free masa then filled with a generous portion of our fillings. We slow cook these tamales in small batches and take much care during the cooling process so they stay moist. The only challenge you’ll have is picking which filling you want to enjoy:pork, chicken, green chile and cheese (Vegetarian) or spinach with mushroom (Vegan)!
Tamales are sold in packages of 2.
