“Flacamole” is the freshest, most delicious guacamole you can enjoy other than you making it yourself! We process fresh, whole California avocados* our primary ingredient, by hand, then we mix in freshly chopped cilantro, tomato, white onions, and serranos. This mixture gets hand smashed with a pinch of salt, garlic and onion seasonings before freshly squeezed lime juice is gently stirred in. We immediately pack our Flacamole in its container with an avocado pit to naturally provide a preservative. When you see this pit in the container, you will be confident that you are enjoying “Flacamole made with real, whole ingredients”.
*When California avocados are not in season, we use avocados from Mexico.
