Our Tomatillo Salsa is cooked slowly over low heat with Milperos, garlic, onions, and a hint of canola oil. Once the mixture is cooked down and cooled, we blend it with our signature mixture of fresh-squeezed lime juice, garlic, onions, and salt, then stir in hand-chopped fresh cilantro and white onions to give it even more green color and a fresh texture. Because this salsa is intense on garlic and onion flavor, we recommend using it as a cooking salsa for soups, meats, chilaquiles, and more!
