FLACA'S JUICY CHICKEN TOSTADAS
I love tostadas! This has been a family “go-to” recipe since I was a kid. I hope you enjoy this quick and easy recipe for your next lunch or dinner.
INGREDIENTS
Flaca’s tostada shells, 10 shells
Flaca’s juicy chicken container
Flaca’s salsa (mild or hot)
Flacamole
2 (15-ounce) cans of refried beans
½ Head iceberg lettuce, sliced thin
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
8 oz. grated cheese of choice
DIRECTIONS
1. Warm the canned refried beans according to it’s directions, add a little water to keep a creamy consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste. Do not let the beans dry out. Keep the beans warm.
2. Warm Flaca’s juicy chicken over medium heat in a skillet until it’s at your desired temperature.
3. To prepare a tostada, spread a large spoonful of refried beans over the tostada shell.
4. Add your desired amount of Flaca’s juicy chicken over the refried beans.
5. Sprinkle on toppings; sliced lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
6. Add a dollop or more of your choice of Flaca’s salsa and/or Flacamole.
7. Add any other additional toppings you like such as sour cream. Enjoy the tostada by picking it up with both hands!
